Designers’ Notes:
The Lisa rose cut halo ring was designed for our client who envisioned a ring inspired by antique silver trays and shiny, silvery, reflective sparkle. She wanted something with a wow factor, but that still embraced imperfections and unique beauty. To achieve this, we sourced a 2 carat gray rose cut diamond in an oval shape for her center stone. Around the grey diamond we created an antique inspired halo, using various sizes of round cut diamonds to create dynamic points at north and south, as well as all four corners, referencing Victorian shapes. Diamonds were also important to use in her design to ensure the ring would be comfortable and durable enough for everyday wear. The entire design is set in platinum, achieving the sleek, silvery effect she desired.
