Q: Who is the Loaner Ring for?
A: The Loaner ring was originally created for our clients who wanted to propose, but wanted their partners input on their own custom engagement ring. The Loaner Rings lets you pull off the surprise proposal, but allows your partner to collaborate on the ring. We’ve also seen it used when clients want to propose before the ring is finished, or because they don’t want to worry about losing the real engagement ring while traveling for a proposal. Q: What kind of experience can I expect?
A: After you purchase The Loaner Ring, you can expect someone on our team to reach or to you to make sure you have all the information you need. We will safely and securly ship the package to your address.
Q: Do I Need to Live in the United States?
A: No. We can ship The Loaner Ring to you and work with you remotely to create your custom engagement ring.
Q: If I purchase The Loaner Ring, do I need to make a custom ring with you?
A: The $500 The Loaner Ring package is non-refundable and goes towards the cost of your final custom engagement ring, however you don’t need to make a ring with us to buy the Loaner Ring.
Q: How do I propose with The Loaner Ring? Will she think it’s weird?
A: Everyone deserves the magic of a proposal, and this is no different. After asking her to marry you you can tell her that this is a placeholder until A-she gets a one of a kind ring you designed just for her, or B - surprise! She gets to design her own ring from scratch. Either way, she’ll be thrilled.
Q: What if she says no? Can I return it?
A: You can return it for a partial refund of $350 within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping. Email or call us for returns.
Q: My partner has become sentimental about this temporary ring and instead of returning it to you once we're done making her real ring with you, can we keep it?
A: Yes. Since the initial cost of the temporary ring goes towards the cost of your final ring and the $500 initially paid is merely a placeholder while we design and make your final ring, you may keep this temporary ring for an additional $250.
