Designers’ Notes:
Claire’s cushion cut Montana sapphire ring who wanted a ring that was unexpected and unabridged. It was important to her that her engagement ring did not look like other engagement rings she had seen before. Drawn to blues and greens, we sourced a beautiful, teal 1.49 carat Montana sapphire for a center stone. Around the cushion cut stone we clustered smaller sapphires in various shapes, including pear and marquise cut, as well as different hues of blue, green and grey. The design in set in 14k yellow gold, creating contrast between the warm and cool tones of the piece.
